The petition has been filed to withdraw O.P. No.193 of 2023 pending on the file of Family Court, Sivagangai and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Chennai.

2. Heard Ms. R. Prabhavathy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Ms. A. Aishwarya Sandaleena, learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

3. The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous petition is filed by wife seeking transfer of O.S N.193 of 2023 from the file of Sivagangai to the Family Court, Chennai. The parties were married on 28.08.2021 and from the wedlock, a child was born on 07.09.2022 at Chennai. For reasons best known to them, the parties have separated. The husband is residing at Manamadurai and the wife is residing at her parents' house at Arumbakkam, Chennai. It will be difficult for the wife to travel from Chennai to Sivagangai to attend hearings especially when she has a toddler to be taken care of.

4. Considering the overall circumstances, O.S No.193 of 2023 is withdrawn from the file of Famil Court, Sivagangai to the file of Family Court, Chennai No costs. The connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
