ORDER
(Order of the Court was delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner is the wife of the detenu. She has come up with this petition seeking a direction to the respondent to produce her missing husband before this Court.
2. The detenu has been secured and produced before us. On enquiry, he has expressed his willingness to be with the petitioner. He has further stated that he was not in the illegal custody of anybody.
3. In such view of the matter, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed setting the detenu at liberty.
