ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since certain facts have been omitted to be incorporated in the Tr.C.M.P., the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh Tr.C.M.P. An endorsement to that effect has been made.

2. The endorsement is recorded. The Transfer Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty sought for is granted. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
