ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents to 1/4

transfer the petitioner from existing Department to different Department within the Secretariat, by considering the representation dated 09.02.2023.

2. The main grievance of the writ petitioner is that medically he is not well and besides he is also facing problem in the office. Therefore, he gave a representation dated 09.02.2023 to consider the transfer, which is pending without consideration till date. Hence, this writ petition.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that the representation has already been considered and the same is rejected vide Order dated 06.03.2023.

4. Such view of the matter, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. The respondents are directed to serve the copy of the rejection order to the petitioner. No costs.
