O.P. No.17798 of 2020 dated 10.11.2020.
2. This Court, while granting bail to the petitioner, imposed a condition that the petitioner shall stay at Karaikal and report before the Karaikal Town police station everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. The present petition has been filed for relaxation of the said condition.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the condition imposed in CRL.O.P.No.17798 of 2020 dated 10.11.2020, on the petitioner, has been complied with regularly from 14.11.2020 to till date.

4. In view of the above, the condition imposed on the petitioner in CRL.O.P.No.17798 of 2020 dated 10.11.2020, is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. -sd/- 20/01/2021 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
