Respondents PRAYER:- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents in particularly the 1st and 2nd respondents to consider the written representation dated 15.09.2021, direct to conduct enquiry and if is found to be a fraudulent activities refer the same to the police department for criminal action.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents in particularly the 1st and 2nd respondents to consider the written representation dated 15.09.2021, direct to conduct enquiry and if is found to be a fraudulent activities refer the same to the police department for criminal action.

2. It is seen that the petitioner did not submit any representation before the District Registrar, Chengalpattu, who is the authority concerned for enquiry.

3. Considering the above, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh representation to the District Registrar, Chengalapattu within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the said District Registrar, Chengalpattu to conduct enquiry, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the respondents 3 to 8 and counter parties, if any and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks thereafter.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
