This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 98 days in filing Crl.R.C.(Sr.) No.36481 of 2024, against in C.A.No.43 of 2019 on the file of III Additional District and Session Judge, Vellore @ Tirupattur.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 98 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
