O R D E R

The prayer sought for in the present petition is to modify the condition No.III imposed by the Hon'ble Principal Sessions Court, Chennai order dated 03.01.2018 in Crl.M.P.No.10 of 2018.

2.Heard Mr.K.Suthan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.C.Raghavan, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent.

3. It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly from 05.01.2018 onwards.

4. In view of the same the present condition to report before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Chennai daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of one month is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Principal Sessions Court, Chennai as and when required.

4. In the result, the Criminal Original Petition is allowed. All other conditions imposed in the order dated 03.01.2018 in Crl.M.P.No. 10 of 2018 shall remain intact.
