ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to settle the petitioner's retirement benefits as claimed in representation, dated 12.06.2023 submitted to the respondents 1 and 2. 2.The grievance of the Writ Petitioner is that though she has been retired from service on 30.09.2016, she has not been paid with the terminal benefits sofar. Only on 07.06.2017, the provisional pension has been sanctioned, thereafter, the petitioner was informed that the proposal for regular pension would be submitted to the Accountant General after regularization of the leave available by her, however, till date no orders have been passed. Hence, she has given a representation in this regard to the respondents.

3.In such view of the matter, the 1st respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 12.06.2023 and pass orders on merits, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the petitioner is entitled to any amount, the same shall be released immediately.

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
