This petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail in CC No. 1025 of 2023 on the file of the Special Judge Principal Special Court of cases under NDPS ACt, chennai.
2. The case of the prosecution is that on 10.06.2024, based on the secret information, the respondent police intercepted the accused Maruti Suzuki Wagon R car bearing registration No. TN01BB2440 and found 20 grams of cocaine. Hence, the case.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he prays to allow this petition.
4. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submits that the contraband seized from the accused person is commercial quantity. Hence, raised objection to grant bail.

5. Considering the fact that the contraband seized from the petitioner is commercial quantity and also there is no change in circumstances after dismissing the previous bail petition. Hence, this Court is not inclined to allow this petition. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
