2.Mr.C.R.Malarvannan, learned Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side) reports that the detenue was found in her father's house i.e. petitioner's house and R3 has been charged under the provisions of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (in short 'POCSO Act') and is presently in custody.
