ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking complete dispensation of the reporting condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P. No. 35655 of 2025, dated 30.12.2025, as subsequently modified by the order dated 15.04.2026 passed in Crl.M.P. No. 6540 of 2026, directing the petitioner to report before the Trial Court on every Monday and Friday at 10:30 a.m. until __________ https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions made on either sides and the nature of the offence, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.6540 of 2026 dated 15.04.2026. Accordingly, the condition that "the petitioner to report before the Trial Court on every Monday and Friday at 10:30 a.m. until further orders" is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. The other conditions imposed earlier shall remain unaltered.
