This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to grant permission to conduct Devotional Music Programme scheduled to be held on 04.08.2019 in Sri Kollapuri Amman Temple situated at Veeraragapuram Village, Banavaram Post, Nemili Taluk, Vellore District based on the petitioner representation dated 19.07.2019.

2. The date on which the cultural programme was fixed was over even before the orders were passed. Therefore, the relief itself had become infructous.
