Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order dated 18.05.2022 passed in Na.Ka.No.4288/22/Aa8/MADURAI by the 2nd respectful, quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent to act in pursuance to the order dated 29.03.2023 passed in Proc.R.C.No.4288/22/B8/MDU and thereby constitute a committee to the 5th respondent Waqf in accordance to mandate as provided in the scheme Decree dated 18.02.1960 passed in O.S.No.73 of 1953 by the learned District Munsif Court, Madurai within a time framed as fixed by this Court.
