Advocate COMMON ORDER The petitioners have filed the above writ petitions to issue a Writs of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents from conducting the tender as per tender notice dated 11.10.2004 on the file of the 2nd respondent without issuing the tender schedule to them.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the relief sought for in the writ petitions have become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3. In view of the same, the writ petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
