These six applications have been filed by the applicants, i) to condone the delay of 627 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of 1st plaintiff in the above suit, ii) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of 1st plaintiff in the above suit, and iii) to bring on record the legal heirs/applicants 3 to 8 as the proposed plaintiffs 4 to 9 being legal representatives of the deceased 1st plaintiff in the above suit and consequently, permit the applicants/plaintiffs herein to carry out necessary amendments at appropriate places in the plaint, iv) to condone the delay of 854 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of 12th defendant in the above suit, ii) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of 12th defendant in the above suit, and iii) to bring on record the legal heirs/proposed respondents 13 to 16 as the proposed defendants 15 to 18 being legal representatives of the deceased 12th defendant in the above suit and consequently, permit the applicants/plaintiffs herein to carry out necessary amendments at appropriate places in the plaint,

2. The learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 7, 9 to 11, 13 have no objection in allowing these six applications. A.A.NAKKIRAN, J.

uma 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these applications, these six applications are allowed.
