SHYAM SUNDER Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- The petitioner/accused is directed to appear before the trial Court within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such appearance, he shall execute a bond for Rs.5,000/- without sureties under Section 88 Cr.P.C. Thereafter, the petitioner shall give an undertaking that he will appear before the trial Court, without waiting for summons, in the event Crl.OP.No.16725 of 2018 being dismissed. Thereafter, the presence of the petitioner/accused before the trial Court is dispensed with, till the disposal of Crl.OP.No. 16725 of 2018.
