ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehend arrest for the alleged offence Under Section 147, 148, 307 of IPC and section 3 of Explosive Substances Act, in Crime No.152 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is A6. Due to previous enmity, the petitioner along with other accused joined together and chased the defacto complainant with the country made bomb and damaged the public water pipe. Hence the Law Enforcing Agency registered a case against the petitioner. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner did not committed any such offence as alleged by the prosecution and they have been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that co-accused enlarged on bail in Crl.OP.No.1705 of 2021. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner is an History sheeter. He further submits that apart from this case there is another case pending as against the petitioner in Crime No.102 of 2021. Hence, he vehemently opposed grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the allegation level against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
