W.P.No.11367 of 2003 has been filed, praying for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus, to call for the records of the first respondent in I.D.No.412 of 2001, dated 26.11.2001, quash the same, and consequently direct the second respondent to reinstate the petitioner in service with immediate effect from the date of dismissal, i.e., 20.08.1992, with all attendant benefits, like promotion and also treat the period of suspension as spent on duty, paying him the arrears of pay and allowances.

W.P.No.11368 of 2003 has been filed, praying for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus, to call for the records of the first respondent in I.D.No.492 of 2001, dated 26.11.2001, quash the same, and consequently direct the second respondent to reinstate the petitioner in service with effect from the date of dismissal, i.e., 20.08.1992, with all attendant benefits, like promotion.
