J U D G M E N T
(Judgment of the Court was delivered by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) This intra-Court appeal has been directed against the order dated 05.02.2024 made in W.P.No.23804 of 2022.

In order to approve the appointment of one Sr.Uma Devi as B.T.Assistant (Tamil) in the writ petitioner School with effect from the date of her appointment on 24.07.2018, when proposal was sent by the writ petitioner School, the same was rejected through the order dated 20.06.2022, that was under challenge before the writ Court. The writ Court has allowed the said writ petition through the order impugned dated 05.02.2024. 2/5
3. Though against the impugned order, the present intra-Court appeal has been filed in the year 2024, very recently the same has been numbered and brought before us today for admission. However, in the meanwhile, as early as on 31.12.2024 itself, the appellant Department has come forward to comply with the order passed by the writ Court, thereby the very instant appeal has become infructuous.
4. Recording the said development where the order passed by the writ Court which is impugned herein having been complied with by the orders of the appellant Department dated 31.12.2024, nothing survives in this appeal to re-agitate or for adjudication.
5. In that view of the matter, this Writ Appeal since has to be dismissed as having become infructuous, it is dismissed accordingly. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
