BHARATH CHAKRAVARTHY PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, the court made the following order:- The petitioners/accused are directed to appear before the trial Court within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such appearance, they shall execute a bond for Rs.5,000/- each without sureties under Section 88 Cr.P.C. Thereafter, the petitioners shall give an undertaking that they will appear before the trial Court, without waiting for summons, in the event Crl.OP.No.16739 of 2018 being dismissed.
