O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to secure the 1st respondent and proceed with investigation in Crime No.1279 of 2015 on 03.10.2015 and file final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the second respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though the accused was granted Anticipatory Bail, he had not complied with the conditions and therefore, the police should arrest the accused.

4. In the considered opinion of this Court, a direction to arrest a person cannot be issued by this Court u/s 482 Cr.P.C. However, the second respondent police is directed to expeditiously complete the investigation in Cr.No.1279 of 2015 and either file a charge sheet or closure report, as the case may be, after due intimation to the de facto complainant.

5. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
