O R D E R

The petitioner is the plaintiff aged about 78 years filed a suit for declaration of title and injunction in the year 2015. The respondent aged about 66 years. However, the suit is pending for past four years without much progress, at present it is posted for evidence and pending at the stage of plaintiff's side evidence.

2. Considering the long pendency and the age of the parties, this Court is of the considered opinion to give a direction to the trial Court for early disposal.

3. Accordingly, the Sub Court, Thirupathur, Vellore, is directed to dispose of O.S.No.75 of 2019 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above observation. No costs.
