This petition is filed to condone the delay of 24 days in filing the above revision. 2.The learned counsel for petitioner submitted that the connected Civil Revision Petitions have been numbered as C.R.P.Nos.2020 and 2026 of 2024.

3.Ms.Hema Sampath, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the respondents strongly objected for condoning the delay.

4.Since the connected Civil Revision Petitions already numbered, the above revision will have a bearing on the other two revision petitions.

5.In view of the same, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered.
