This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend time to the petitioners to comply with the conditions imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.14603 of 2022 dated 24.06.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that this is the second petition filed by the petitioners seeking extension. This Court vide order dated 24.06.2022 had imposed the following condition: "petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs. 45,000/- ( Rupees Forty Five Thousand Only) each as non refundable deposit to the credit of the concerned District Mineral Foundation Trust"

He would further submit that now the petitioners are now ready and willing to deposit a further amount of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) each and hence, seeks for extension of time.

Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, apart from the amount of Rs.45,000/- (Rupees Forty Five Thousand Only) each, the petitioners are directed to pay an additional amount of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) each within a period of two weeks from the date on which the order copy made ready. Failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
