008. ..Respondent Prayer:- The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the respondent in their letter No.AC2/25834/76 dated 19.12.2006 relating to demand of Rs.1,36,700/- towards outstanding balance of the total cost of allotment of the Plot in LIG RBH No.30/12, Type-II, Manali New Town, Chennai - 103 and quash the same and direct the respondent to execute the sale deed in favour of the petitioner as per the Arbitration Award dated 19.09.1994 as confirmed in O.S.A.No. 368/03 dated 21.04.2006.
