ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking for transfer of investigation which is pending investigation in Crime No.456 of 2019, on the file of the respondent police.
2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner was attacked by the accused persons and he sustained grievous injuries including the fracture of the bone in the nose. However, the respondent police have registered an FIR as against eight accused persons only for an offence under Sections 147 and 323 of I.P.C.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that in the course of investigation, the offence has been altered and now the FIR has been altered for an offence under Sections 147, 323 and 325 of I.P.C. The learned Counsel further submitted that the final report will be filed within a short time.
4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the respondent police to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
5.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above directions.
