ORDER
This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking permission to implead him as respondent in the above Civil Revision Petition.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 29.7.2025, at request of the learned counsel for the first respondent to file a counter affidavit in the impleading petition, the matter was adjourned to 06.08.2025. When the matter was taken up for hearing on the next hearing date ie., 06.08.2025, the learned counsel for the respondents sought further time to file a counter. At his request, 2/5
the matter was adjourned today ie., on 26.08.2025. Even today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is seen that no counter affidavit has been filed by the respondents. Though sufficient opportunity was given to the respondents to file counter, they have not filed the counter affidavit.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner in this civil miscellaneous petition submitted that the petitioner is one of the beneficiaries of the subject property. However, the petitioner in CRP No.877 of 2023 has not impleaded the petitioner herein as respondent either in the suit or in the revision petition. Hence, he filed this Civil Miscellaneous Petition.
4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel on either side and also considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioner herein is stated to be one of the beneficiaries of the property mentioned in the revision petition, in order to give an opportunity to the petitioner to participate in the proceedings, this Court is inclined to allow this civil miscellaneous petition. Accordingly, the civil miscellaneous petition is allowed.

5. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment to the cause title in the CRP.
