This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to disburse the General Provident Fund, Special Provident Fund and Leave Encashment Benefits and Encashment of Unearned Leave and Private Affairs to the petitioner.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for admission, it is seen that the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, without even making a representation to the respondent, and therefore, this Writ Petition is not maintainable and the same is dismissed as not maintainable at the stage of admission itself. made clear that the petitioner is given liberty to make a representation to the respondent and thereafter, if it is not considered to approach this Court, if so advised. There shall be no order as to costs.
