(CR NO.2/1994) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition in paragraph No.5 by directing the petitioner to appear before the said Court on the first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 am until further orders by order dated 06.05.2021 passed in Crl.M.P.No.5704/2021 in Crl.R.C.No.278/2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.KASIRAJAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.S.SUGENDRAN Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in an order dated 06.05.2021 in Crl.MP.No.5704 of 2021 in Crl.RC.No.278 of 2021 by directing the petitioner to report before the Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Salem on the first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.MP.No.5704 of 2021 in Crl.RC.No.278 of 2021 dated 06.05.2021 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Salem once in four months on the first working day of the particular month at 10.30.a.m. commencing from January 2022, until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
