This Arbitration Original Petition has been filed to set aside the award dated 23.05.2022 bearing Arbitration Case No.AxA211/2021 passed by the Hon'ble Arbitral Tribunal in its entirety and to direct the respondent to pay the costs.

2. This petition was already listed on 11.01.2023, 15.02.2023, 21.03.2023 and 29.03.2023. However, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner in the aforesaid occasions. Therefore this Court directed the Registry to list this matter under the caption "For Dismissal".

3. Accordingly, today this matter is listed under the caption "For Dismissal". However, today also there is no representation for the petitioner, which shows that the petitioner is not interested in contesting this petition. Therefore, this Court is inclined to dismiss this petition for nonprosecution. 2/4
