This petition is filed to condone the delay of 201 days in paying the deficit court fee of Rs.9,000/- in C.M.A. as against the award dated 30.09.2021 made in M.A.C.T.O.P.No.1480 of 2017 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Special Sub Court, Thiruvannamalai.

2.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

3.The Registry is directed to number the above C.M.A.SR.No.56624 of 2022, if the papers are otherwise in order.
