This petition is filed to condone the delay of 251 days in paying the deficit court fee of Rs.9,000/- in C.M.A. as against the award dated 09.09.2019 made in M.A.C.T.O.P.No.552of 2017 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Special Sub Court, Thiruvannamalai.

2.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

3.The Registry is directed to number the above C.M.A.SR.No.19703 of 2022, if the papers are otherwise in order.
