2.Heard Mr.R.Ramanlal, learned Additional Advocate General for the applicants/defendants. 3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of this case and also of the fact that these documents are essential to substantiate the defense of the applicants/defendants, this Court deems it fit to allow the application and grant leave to the applicant to file the documents. It goes without saying that these documents will be marked subject to relevancy, proof and admissibility. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be no order as to costs.
