Petitions praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to [i] extending the time for surrender granted in Crl.O.P.No. 12228 of 2018 dated 28.4.2018.

[ii] extending the time for surrender granted in Crl.O.P.No. 12227 of 2018 dated 28.4.2018.

Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.GANESH KUMAR, Advocate [IN ALL THE PETITIONS]for the petitioner and of MR. R.SURYA PRAKASH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) [IN ALL THE PETITIONS] on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks extension of time for the petitioner to surrender before the Magistrate on the ground that as per the order dated 28.04.2018, he had to surrender before the Magistrate on 21.06.2018. However, order copy was received only on 20.06.2018 in Crl.M.P.Nos.7098 and 7100 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.Nos.12227 and 12228 of 2018.

2. Accordingly, the time is extended upto 30.07.2018 for the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Magistrate. -sd/- 02/07/2018 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
