This application has been filed to set aside the order dated 21.02.2020 passed by the respondent, the learned AG&OT, directing the applicant to pay the revised monthly rent of Rs.1,25,000/- (One Lakh Twenty Five Thousand only) from 01.03.2020 for execution of fresh rental agreement and to accept the rent at the contractual rate of Rs.5,100/- (Rupees Five Thousand and One Hundred only) paid already by the applicant from 01.03.2020 to November, 2020 in full quit and settlement of claim in respect of the lease entered into by the applicant husband G.Annadurai and the respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Administrator General and Official Trustee (AG & OT) that the applicant had already surrendered the property as early as on 10.11.2020 and that the property has also been leased out to a third party.
