This Criminal Original petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R in Crime.No.229 of 2021 pending on the file of the 1st respondent police. 1/4

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the first respondent police would submit that the based on the complaint, the respondent police had conducted enquiry and registered a case in Crime No.229 of 2021 for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 341, 379 and 506(2) of IPC. He would further submit that the investigation has been completed and the final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Senthurai on 10.07.2022 for the offences under Sections 341, 294(b) and 506(2) of IPC. 3.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
