ORDER

The present application has been filed to permit the petitioner to adduce the evidence of A.Suresh as PW2, to identify the signature of the Late A.Ramesh who is the attesting witness of the registered Will dated 09.10.1992 bearing Doc.No.127 of 1992 executed by Mrs.G.Subbulakshmi.

2. Mr.Jayasudha Suryanarayanan, learned counsel for the third respondent submitted a consent affidavit indicating that he has no objection in granting the Letters of Administration to both the petitioner and the 3rd respondent.

3. Heard both sides.

4. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and also taking into consideration that the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the third respondent has no objection in allowing the present application and being satisfied with the same, I find no impediment in ordering the present application as prayed. Accordingly, the present application is allowed.

List the matter before the learned Master for continuation of recording of evidence on 14.07.2025.
