2.Mr.T.M.Pappiah, learned counsel takes notice for the 1st respondent and Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 2 to 6 and have no objection for condoning the delay.

3.We are satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Hence, the delay is condoned.
