This miscellaneous petition is filed seeking to permit the filing of the present petition through the petitioner's authorised signatory Mr.R.Swaminathan authorised by way of board resolution dated 10.12.2021 and consequently accept the cause title of the present petition to reflect the name of Mr.R.Swaminathan, Assistant General Manager instead of Mr.Rajiv Mundra, Executive Chairman. 2.Heard the learned counsel for petitioner.

3.Though the respondent/Caveator (party-in-person) has got serious objection in allowing this petition, this Court is of the view that in the interest of justice the petition for accepting the cause title needs to be ordered. 4.Hence, this petition is ordered as prayed for. 31.07.2024 rsi Note: Registry is directed to number this Civil Revision Petition, if it is otherwise in order.
