Captioned WMP has been filed under Rule 15 of 'Madras High Court Writ Rules, 2021' [hereinafter 'Writ Rules 2021' for the sake of convenience and brevity] with a prayer to file a single writ petition.

Adverting to support affidavit, Mr. K. Bharath, learned counsel on record for writ petitioners, submits that the relief sought by the writ petitioners as well as the writ petitioners' grievance and cause of action are one and the same and hence, the present WMP. 4.
