The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 26.12.2019 in respect of petitioner's land in S.No.115/3, Gurugapatti Village, Uthangarai Taluk, Krishnagiri District.

2. Mr. K. Thiruvengadam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner has filed the appeal as early as on 26.12.2019 , the 1st respondent has not disposed of the same yet. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Page numbers

3. Mr. Mr.Annai Ezhil, learned Government Advocate taking notice for the respondents submitted that the 1st respondent had fixed the date for the enquiry of the appeal on 29.12.2020 at 3.00 p.m..

4. In view of the submissions made by the counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's appeal dated 26.12.2019 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after conducting enquiry, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
