The matter is listed today under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Registry is directed to return the original affidavit and the petition to the learned counsel for the petitioner to enable him to re-present the same before the trial Court within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

It is now brought to the notice of this Court that in paragraph No.4 of the order, dated 04.08.2022, there are some typographical error in the facts of the case. Hence, the same is modified as follows:
"4. The petitioner has stated that now she is residing with her elder son and the younger son who is said to be a special child, is living with the respondent and it is very difficult for her to travel from Dharmapuri to Salem, for attending the Court proceedings at Salem."
3. The Registry is directed to correct the said error and issue amended order copy.
