O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to provide police bandobust to the petitioner to enter into the house of the petitioner located at No.62, 4th Street, Brislee Nagar, Otteri, Chennai.

2. It is seen that the complaint lodged by the petitioner as against his own brother's family and the same was registered in Cr.No.479 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 448, 294 (b), 506 (i) of IPC.

3. It is also seen from the allegation there is a dispute between the petitioner and his brother's family with regard to the property. In respect of the same already the case has been registered as against the brother's family. Therefore, police protection cannot be granted to the petitioner since the dispute is civil in nature between the petitioner and his brother's family. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the civil court for appropriate relief.
