Prayer: The writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records connected with the G.O.Ms.No.181, Animal Husbandry, Dairying & Fisheries (AH1) Department, dated 7.11.2007 of the 1st respondent and quash the same in respect of the condition No.5 in para 4(a) and in so for as the petitioner is concerned and direct the respondents to select and depute the petitioner for live stock inspector training for the year 2007-2008 along with others. For Petitioner : Mr.K.Sanjay For Respondents : Mr.R.S. Selvam Government Advocate

ORDER

According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the relief sought for in this Writ Petition has already been granted and the issue involved in this Writ Petition has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect: "Based on the interim order passed by this High Court the petitioner was deputed to attend training for Live Stock Inspector in the year https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2008. Hence this writ petition may be dismissed as infructuous."

2. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
