Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing respondents 5 and 6 to take appropriate action based on my representation dated 25.11.2021 by removing the encroachment in the property comprised in Survey No.130/2 131/2, and 132/3 Mambakkam Village, Vandalur Taluk, Chengalpattu District to the extent of 2 Acres 30 cents.

ORDER

2. Heard Mr.T.K.Saravanan, learned Government Advocate for respondents 1 to 3, 5 and 6.

3. It is submitted that as far as S.No.130/2 is concerned, civil suit is filed and an order of status quo is in force. In view of the same, no separate orders could be passed in respect of the said survey number.

4. As regards S.Nos.131/2 and 132/3, patta has been issued. In case the petitioner is aggrieved by the issuance of patta, then, an appeal lies under the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Patta Pass Book Act, to challenge the issuance of patta in respect of those survey numbers.

5. With the above observation, the writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
