C.M.P.No.13119 of 2022 is filed to grant leave to file appeal in the capacity of the legal heirs of the deceased Santha, who is the plaintiff in the suit in O.S.No.156 of 2008 and died on 07.05.2020 subsequent to passing of judgment and decree.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are the husband, daughters and son of the plaintiff respectively. Suit in O.S.No.156 of 2008 filed by the plaintiff was dismissed by the judgment and decree dated 20.12.2019. After passing of decree, the plaintiff died. In view of the same, the legal heirs of the plaintiff want to file an appeal and have filed the present C.M.P.No.13119 of 2022 to grant leave to file appeal in the capacity of the legal heirs of the plaintiff.
