PRAYER : Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the impugned order of the first respondent in G.O.Ms.(Finance) Salaries No.330 dated 31.08.2005 and quash the same in so far as members of the petitioner's Association are concerned. The Writ Petition has been filed by the Association. Since each member of the said Association has got their own cause of action, the Association cannot represent the members together. 2.In view of the same, one Writ Petition cannot be maintainable and accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. However, liberty is given to the individual members of the Association to approach this Court by way of filing separate Writ Petitions. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
