ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pursuant to the case in Cr.No.126 of 2018 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Jeyankondam Police Station, Ariyalur District and quash the same.

2. On the directions of this Court, Ms.C.Saroja, the de facto complainant is present. Mr.T. Dinesh Kumar, Sub-Inspector of Police, Jeyankondam Police Station, Ariyalur is also present.

3. When questioned by this Court, the de facto complainant stated that she does not have the means to engage an Advocate and requested for legal aid.

Since there are prima facie materials against the accused in the FIR, when this Court was about to dismiss the petition on merits, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission to withdraw the same.
