Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to extend the time in Anticipatory bail order in Crl.O.P.No.1139 of 2021 in Crime no. 95 of 2020. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.GOVINDARAJU, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.Gopinath Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide order dated 15.03.2021, this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking extension of time to surrender before the lower court.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioners deserve to be considered favourably.

3. Accordingly, time is extended by a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for the petitioners to surrender before the lower court. All other conditions remain unaltered.
